Driving the future of simulation

Integrated Simulation Environment for autonomous vehicle applications

We designed, developed, implemented, and operated a comprehensive simulation environment for one of the UK’s largest automotive test centres, supporting the development, testing, and validation of ADAS and autonomous vehicle algorithms in control, planning, and perception. Built on a modular, flexible architecture, the platform integrates with commercial and open-source simulation toolchains, real-time HIL systems, high-fidelity driving simulators, and live data from test rigs and tracks. Covering a wide range of automotive use cases, it embeds into vehicle development workflows.

Zenzic Interoperable simulation across CAM testbed UK

We served as the technical lead and system integrator for the Zenzic interoperable projects (Phases 1, 2 and 3). Working in partnership with Ford, UTAC, SMLL, Applus IDIADA, HORIBA MIRA, WMG and the University of Leeds, we developed a robust and cost-effective solution for distributed real-time co-simulation across CAM Testbed UK and beyond. Phase 3 of the project went on to receive the IET Award 2022 for "Most Innovative Solution for Future Mobility.

Fully Integrated, End-to-End Chassis Simulation Lab

We delivered a cutting-edge chassis simulation lab for an OEM, integrating four advanced test rigs for electric powertrain, brake-by-wire, steer-by-wire, and active suspension with a high-fidelity NVH driving simulator. The system covers the complete simulation cycle, from Model-in-the-Loop (MiL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) to Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL), Actuator-in-the-Loop, and full Vehicle-in-the-Loop (ViL) testing. Built on a next-generation zonal E/E architecture, this lab enables seamless system integration, significantly reducing development time and cost while enhancing validation accuracy for next-gen vehicle platforms.
